Easy Setup and Operation Single Point Facing and Beveling
Mactech’s 812LC Single Point Accessory adds facing and beveling capabilities to our popular 812LC Clamshell Lathe. The quick and easy setup gets your single point machining completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The auto-feed function makes for effortless operation with minimal training. An adjustable angle tool holder allows end prep beveling of single and compound angles. Counterbores, grooves and facing are all possible with this versatile
tool. With one setup it’s possible to sever and square with the Clamshell Lathe, and finish the end prep with the Single Point Accessory. Mactech’s Axial Feed Accessory is an attachment for our popular and reliable Clamshell Portable Lathes.The Axial Feed Accessory is designed for machining along the length of round pipes, tubes or shafts.
The optional backing plate adds rigidity and provides precise positioning on the workpiece. The Axial Feed Accessory is ideally suited for removing weld overlay and can also perform precise machining operations.The Axial Feed Accessory can be installed on all Mactech LC, US and USS Clamshell Lathes.

The versatility of your Clamshell Portable Lathe is greatly expanded with this tool. The Adjustable Counterbore Attachment provides a wide range of facing and machining capabilities not found in a single attachment tool.
The Clamshell Lathe powers the feed across the machining face, and the manual feed moves the tool toward the face. Preset indexing tool positions allows for quick-setup RTJ machining and face feature machining.
The 10 inch Adjustable Counterbore Attachment can be used on all Mactech Clamshell Portable Lathes.

The kit includes all you need for flange facing, counterboring, RTJ machining, and many other flange and bore machining operations.
